New drone technology will bring good rains this summer, which will reduce temperatures

The UAE is one of the hottest regions in the world. In the summer, temperatures in many parts of the desert rise above 50 degrees Celsius. People who work in offices have a comfortable life due to the constant convenience of air conditioners, but millions of workers in the construction sector and other sectors have to work under the open sky.

This weather is very painful for them. For the last two or three years in the UAE, the traditional cloud seeding method has been used to make it rain more, which has increased the rainfall. However, new technology is now being introduced, which will result in more artificial rain than ever before, which is likely to reduce the intensity of the heat.

The National Center for Meteorology (Meteorological Department) has announced that in the past, cloud clouds were sprayed on dry clouds with certain chemicals to turn them into rain clouds, but now drone technology will increase rainfall.

In this regard, testing is being done through drone technology, which will pass through dry clouds and generate an electrical charge in them, which will be successful in raining. Preliminary experiments are underway at the SANAD Academy in Dubai for this magnificent project to bring more rain to the UAE. Scientists from the University of Reading in the UK are working here under the leadership of Giles Harrison, a professor of environmental physics.

Professor Harrison said the project aims to create a charge in the clouds and cause them to collide with each other, creating more rain. So far, excellent results from laboratory testing. It should be noted that a research program on increasing the amount of artificial rain in the UAE is being run under the auspices of the National Center for Meteorology.
